Han Zheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, Vice-Premier of the State Council of China visited China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd. (CAIH) as his first stop in a survey tour in Nanning, Qinzhou and Beihai.
On September 12th, 2018, during his first stop in a survey tour in Nanning, Qinzhou and Beihai, H.E. Han Zheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, Vice-Premier of the State Council of China, visited CAIH. Mr. Ding Xuedong, Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council, Mr. Lu Xinshe, Secretary of CPC Guangxi Committee, Mr. Chen Wu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Guangxi Committee, Governor of Guangxi joined the event.
H.E. Han Zheng reviewed the debriefing made by Mr. Lu Dongliang, CEO of CAIH on the construction and development of China-ASEAN Information Harbor project. He also asked to gain an in-depth knowledge about the mission, operational modal and customer service of CAIH and gave specific instructions to expedite the construction of CAIH so as to support the development of “Belt and Road” initiative and New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. In the visit, H.E. Han Zheng focused on International Trade Single Window Platform, information infrastructure construction of China and ASEAN countries and digital Guangxi construction, etc. He emphasized that Guangxi must take the initiative and fulfill the mission of “3 strategic roles” designated by General Secretary Xi Jinping. He also pointed out that the key of “internet+administrative service” lies in the application of it and it is necessary to improve information access and integration among e-government, industries and businesses, promoting the building and management of e-government through its popular applications.
